Connecting Lightspeed

Linking Lightspeed to ChannelDock is very simple and done within 2 minutes.

Before connecting Lightspeed to ChannelDock:

1. Log in to your Lightspeed shop and via the left menu, go to 'Settings' and then click on 'Developers'.
2. Now click on 'New API key'.
3. Enter 'ChannelDock' as the title.
4. Toggle on the switch to activate your API key. Then assign all permissions to this API key and click 'Save'.

To connect  Lightspeed to ChannelDock:

1. Navigate to the 'Sales Channels' page and click on 'Add sales channel' located in the top left corner.
   

2. Click on the Lightspeed logo and then in the pop-up screen, enter your shop name (you can make up your own), paste the API key and API secret from Lightspeed and click 'Connect channel'.
   
3. Success! Lightspeed is now connected with ChannelDock. It can take up to 5 minutes for your inventory to be imported. In meanwhile you can connect your other sales channels.
