Add an Extra Shipment Label to an Order
Add an Extra Shipment Label (Fulfillment Center)
From now on, Fulfillment Centers can add an extra shipment label to an order. This is useful when one order needs to be shipped in two separate packages, for example, when you have two large items that cannot fit in one box and will be shipped in their original product packaging.
This feature allows you to use two labels with the same shipping method.
When should you use this?

One order contains multiple large products

The products are shipped separately

Both packages use the same carrier and service

You need two tracking numbers for one order
How to add an extra shipment
Go to the order in the Fulfillment Center dashboard and click the + Extra shipment button at the bottom.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Yes, add it to proceed.
An extra shipment line is now visible in the order products list. This allows you to generate a second label, use the same shipping method, and ship the order in two packages.
Important notes

Only one carrier and service can be used per order

You cannot mix DHL + DPD or different shipping options

The order status is reset so the second label can be created

Each shipment will receive its own tracking number
