How to change the status of an order in ChannelDock

Changing the status of an order can be useful if the order no longer needs to be shipped and you want to get it out of the 'Open orders' view without creating a shipping label for it.

1. Navigate to orders and click on 'Open orders'.Open ordes.gif

2. Select the order you wish to change the status and click on 'Edit order' button.Screen Recording 2024-07-09 at 10.30.34.gif

3. Navigate to 'Other info' and select the desired status from the drop-down menu then 'Save order data'.Edit order (1).gif

You have now successfully changed the status of the order.
