How to change the status of an order in ChannelDock
Changing the status of an order can be useful if the order no longer needs to be shipped and you want to get it out of the 'Open orders' view without creating a shipping label for it.
- Open the order on the 'Open orders' page by clicking on the order in the table.
- Now click on the 'Edit order info' button (right top corner of the pop-up).
- Change the status of the order using the dropdown selector.
- Save your change by clicking 'Save order data'.
You have now successfully changed the status of the order.
