We’re excited to announce a new update that makes using barcode scanners with ChannelDock even easier!
From now on, barcode scanners such as Zebra, Newland, and many other popular models will work directly out of the box, without the need to configure or adjust any special settings.

This improvement ensures a smoother and faster onboarding process, saving you time and reducing complexity when setting up your warehouse operations.

If your scanner supports standard keyboard input (most models do), it will now integrate seamlessly with ChannelDock.
Zebra Scanner: If you experience any issues, open the DataWedge app on your scanner and reset the app profile.
