Deleting an order in ChannelDock
If an order is loaded incorrectly, for example without a linked product because it was not yet in ChannelDock, it may be useful to delete that order. The order will then be reloaded if it is still present on your sales channel.
2. Select the order you wish to delete and click on 'Edit order' button.
4. On the top right corner, click 'Delete order' followed by 'Delete this order'.
The order and all associated data will now be deleted.
Once an order is assigned to your fulfillment center, it cannot be deleted. Please request your fulfillment center to delete the order from their account.
