Fetch products/orders from the sales channels
Automatic Fetching:
- Products - are not automatically fetched during the night anymore which mean every time you add a new product, you must manually fetch them.
- Orders - fetched every 15 minutes
Manual Fetching:
To fetch new products/orders from the sales channels:
- Navigate to Connections -> Sales Channels page:
- Here, under options, click on the orange button:
- Choose to fetch new products from the sales channels:
It can take up to 20 minutes for all the products to be fetched. - Or choose to fetch new orders from sales channels:
