Viewing API logs

Via the API of your shop / marketplace, ChannelDock retrieves your products and orders. It is possible that, for various reasons, your products / orders are not being loaded. In this case, it is useful to view the API log so you can solve the problem. Screenshot 2023-11-17 at 16.48.44.png

In Connections -> Sales channels page, you can view the logs for each API. Use the search bar at the top right of the pop-up to search all logs by, for example, EAN / order ID. The logs are stored for a maximum of 24 hours.Screenshot 2023-11-17 at 16.52.11.png
