Connecting Etsy

Connecting Etsy to ChannelDock is very easy and done within minutes. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the 'Sales Channels' page and click on 'Add sales channel' located in the top left corner.
  2. In the search bar, type 'Etsy' and then select 'Add sales channel' followed by 'Connect Channel' as shown in the image below:Screenshot 2024-08-28 at 16.41.14.png
  3. You will be prompted to log in to your Etsy account. After logging in, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘Grant Access’ to allow ChannelDock to integrate with your Etsy shop.

Success! Your Etsy shop is now integrated with ChannelDock. It can take up to 5 minutes for your inventory to be imported.
