Connecting SendCloud

If you don't already have your own contract with a carrier, SendCloud can be a good option for sourcing shipping labels. By linking SendCloud with ChannelDock, you get instant access to all of SendCloud's supported carriers within ChannelDock. ChannelDock does not charge any commission on the labels you create via SendCloud.

Before you connect SendCloud to ChannelDock:
  1. Login to SendCloud and go to 'Settings' in the top right corner.
  2. In the right navigation column, click on 'Integrations'.
  3. From the available integrations, choose the 'SendCloud API' and click 'Link'.
  4. Under name, enter 'ChannelDock' and click 'Save'.
  5. Make a note of your 'Public and Secret key'.
Now, to connect SendCloud to ChannelDock:
  1. In ChannelDock, navigate to 'Connections > Shipping Carriers' and click on the SendCloud icon.  Screenshot 2023-11-24 at 14.47.12.png
  2. In the pop-up window, paste your Public and Secret API key and click 'Connect carrier'.Screenshot 2023-11-24 at 14.46.47.png
  3. SendCloud is now linked. Go to your open orders and process your orders using SendCloud's shipping options.
