Connect returnless

Before connectin returnless to Channeldock:

You must create your API key in your Returnless accout:

  1. Login to your account and navigate to Settings->Integrations.Screenshot 2024-03-08 at 19.42.54.png
  2. Navigate to API Keys->Create API Key, fill in the required details and click Create API key. Make sure to copy your API key as you will not be able to see it again.  Screenshot 2024-03-08 at 19.47.12.png
Now, to connect returnless to Channeldock:
  1. Navigate to Connections->Other and click on the returnless icon.Screenshot 2024-03-08 at 19.57.54.png
  2. Paste your API key in the pop up window and click 'Connect carrier'.Screenshot 2024-03-08 at 20.01.39.png

Congratulations! You've successfully connected Returnless to ChannelDock. Your integration is now active and ready to streamline your returns management process.

Enable Returnless to search orders in Channeldock

In order to make it possible for Returnless to search orders in ChannelDock, you must follow the steps bellow:

  1. In your Returnless account, navigate to the 'E-commerce platform' page then click ‘Add new integration’ and then choose ‘Open API integration’.
  2. Fill in the following details:image (30).png

By following these streamlined steps, Returnless will be set up to search orders within your ChannelDock system efficiently.
