Download of shipping labels / packing slips failed

When creating shipping labels, a request is made from the ChannelDock servers to the servers of the carrier whose label you are trying to generate. If the PDF content is not transferred properly during this request, it may result in a failed download. ChannelDock notifies you of this by a notification via the intercom at the bottom right of your screen. The same applies to downloading packing slips.

What can I do about this?

We recommend you generate the label again. If you look up the shipment via the 'Shipments' page and open it, you can then press 'Revert to order' and then create a new label again.
