Cancel order after label was created
If you have created a shipping label for an order but need to cancel the order, follow these steps.
- Navigate to the orders page, select 'All orders', and find your order using the search bar in the top right corner.
- Open the order and click on 'Edit order' located at the top left corner.
- Navigate to 'Order status', change the status from 'Shipment' to 'Cancelled' and then click 'Save order data'.
This process ensures that the order is cancelled in ChannelDock, even after a shipping label has been created.
