Cancel order after label was created

If you have created a shipping label for an order but need to cancel the order, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the orders page, select 'All orders', and find your order using the search bar in the top right corner.Screenshot 2023-11-23 at 13.09.11.png
  2. Open the order and click on 'Edit order' located at the top left corner.Screenshot 2023-11-23 at 13.08.12.png
  3. Navigate to 'Order status', change the status from 'Shipment' to 'Cancelled' and then click 'Save order data'.Screenshot 2023-11-23 at 13.06.22.png

This process ensures that the order is cancelled in ChannelDock, even after a shipping label has been created.
