How to change the status of an order in ChannelDock

Changing the status of an order can be useful if the order no longer needs to be shipped and you want to get it out of the 'Open orders' view without creating a shipping label for it.

1. Navigate to orders and click on 'Open orders'.Open ordes.gif

2. Select the order onyou thewish 'Open orders' page by clicking on the order in the table.Open ordes.gif

3. Navigate to 'Other info' and select the orderdesired usingstatus from the dropdowndrop-down selectormenu and save your change by clickingthen 'Save order data'.try fast.gifEdit order (1).gif

You have now successfully changed the status of the order.
