Deleting an order in ChannelDock

If an order is loaded incorrectly, for example without a linked product because it was not yet in ChannelDock, it may be useful to delete that order. The order will then be reloaded if it is still present on your sales channel.

  1. Open the order on the 'Open orders' page by clicking on the order in the table.
  2. Now click on the 'Edit order info' button.
  3. Delete the order by clicking 'Delete order' (top right of the pop-up).

The order and all associated data will now be deleted.
