Deleting an order in ChannelDock
If an order is loaded incorrectly, for example without a linked product because it was not yet in ChannelDock, it may be useful to delete that order. The order will then be reloaded if it is still present on your sales channel.
OpenNavigatethetoorderorders and click onthe'Open orders'.page2.
by clicking onSelect the orderinyouthewishtable.to Nowdelete and click onthe'Editorder info'order' button.Delete4. On the
ordertopbyrightclickingcorner, click 'Delete order'(topfollowedrightbyof'Deletethethispop-up)order'.
The order and all associated data will now be deleted.
