Deleting an order in ChannelDock

If an order is loaded incorrectly, for example without a linked product because it was not yet in ChannelDock, it may be useful to delete that order. The order will then be reloaded if it is still present on your sales channel.

  1. OpenNavigate theto orderorders and click on the 'Open orders'.1-5.gif

    2. by clicking onSelect the order inyou thewish table.

  3. Nowdelete and click on the 'Edit order info'order' button.

  5. Delete

    4. On the ordertop byright clickingcorner, click 'Delete order' (topfollowed rightby of'Delete thethis pop-up)order'.2.gif 

The order and all associated data will now be deleted.
