Deleting an order in ChannelDock

If an order is loaded incorrectly, for example without a linked product because it was not yet in ChannelDock, it may be useful to delete that order. The order will then be reloaded if it is still present on your sales channel.

1. Navigate to orders and click on  'Open orders'.1-5.gif

2. Select the order you wish to delete and click on  'Edit order' button.1-7.gif

4. On the top right corner, click 'Delete order' followed by 'Delete this order'.2.gif 

The order and all associated data will now be deleted.
