Viewing API logs
Via the API of your shop / marketplace, ChannelDock retrieves your products and orders. It is possible that, for various reasons, your products / orders are not being loaded. In this case, it is useful to view the API log so you can solve the problem.
On the 'Sales connections' page, you can view the logs for each API. Use the search bar at the top right of the pop-up to search all logs by, for example, EAN / order ID. The logs are stored for a maximum of 24 hours.
