Switching to a Fulfillment Center from the ChannelDock Network
If you found a Fulfillment Center (FC) through the ChannelDock Fulfillment Center Network, here's what happens when you decide to work with them and how it affects your subscription.
I already have a ChannelDock subscription. What happens if I switch to a Fulfillment Center?
If you're paying for modules like the Inventory Module, and then start working with a fulfillment center you discovered via our network, here’s what you need to know:

You can cancel your existing paid subscription (e.g., Inventory Module).

Once you’re onboarded by the fulfillment center, they may take over your subscription depending on their partnership with ChannelDock.

You’ll still keep your ChannelDock account and can log in as usual. You’ll be connected to your new FC’s workspace.
Will I be charged if I cancel my module subscription?

No, there are no cancellation fees.

You’re only billed up to the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew.
🛑 How do I cancel my current module subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing in your ChannelDock dashboard.

Under Active Subscriptions, click “Cancel” next to the module you wish to stop.

Confirm the cancellation.
Your access to the module will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- The Fc fulfills part of my orders - you still need to pay for the WMS
- The FC fulfills all your orders - you need to turn off the WMS:
- pay a 1 time fee for the services of finding the FC - payable before they connect - or when the FC accepts it? Or should the FC pay it when they accept the request - we did give them a customer....
- keep paying for the base module
- or still pay for 3 months before it switches fully to the FC....
