Refreshing your Bol API token

//To Introkeep your product listings, stock levels, and orders in sync between Bol and ChannelDock, your Bol API token must be always active and up to date.

    If

  1. Signyour API token expires or becomes invalid, ChannelDock will no longer be able to synchronize stock levels or download orders from Bol. This can lead to overselling, incorrect stock on your Bol listings, and disrupted order fulfillment.

    To avoid this, follow the steps below to refresh your token and keep your connection to Bol running smoothly.

    Important: Before You Begin

    Before refreshing your token, sign out of the Bol seller portal (otherwisein your browser.
    This prevents the refresh process from linking the token might get connected to the wrong APIBol insideaccount, ChannelDock)

  2. especially if you're managing multiple stores, as Belgium or the Nederland.

    Steps to Refresh Your Token
    1. Go

      Log in to ChannelDock and go to the Sales channelChannels pagepage.

      Locate your connected Bol account and click the refreshRefresh buttonaccess andbutton.

    6. Sign in with the rightcorrect Bol account)seller account credentials.

    7. Follow the authorization steps as prompted.

    8. Done! Your Bol API token is now refreshed, and youyour areconnection done!is re-established.
