In this article we will go trough a few steps on how to use our Product Information Management:

Uploading an existingExisting productProduct from oneOne market placeMarketplace to another market place:Another:

1. NavigateConnect maketplace: Begin by navigating to Marketplaces->Listings. Here click "Marketplaces-Listings.Add marketplace

2. Connectto connect the marketmarketplace placethat withcontains theyour existing listings.
3. UnderDownload Content: For the connected channel, click the "Action" buttonbutton, of the connected channel you need toselect "Download content from the marketmarketplace," place"and then "Import data to local product" (ChannneDock)ChannelDock product).
4. ProceedAdd byMarketplace addingand Upload Product: Add the target marketplace youfor wishyour product. From the "Media Library," select images to upload and fill in the required "Attributes" for this marketplace. Click "Sync" to upload the product to. Here select which pictures you wish to upload from the "Media library" and add the "Attributes" required by this market place followed by "sync" to upload product to the market place.product. 

• Handling Errors: If you don't fill innot all therequired attributes requiredare by the marketplace, you will getfilled, the status "Error".Error" Ifwill youappear. clickClicking on it,it will display a window will pop up with the attributes that need toadjustment. beAfter adjusted.adjustments, Once you adjusted them you can re-upload the product again to the market place.

Creating a new product in ChannelDock and uploading it to the marketplaces:

1. Add New Product: Navigate to Marketplaces-Listings, click on "New Product," and fill in all the fieldsfields, and clickselect "Add new product."
2. The local product will now open, fillFill in Local Product Details: Enter the product description, upload images, add attributes andattributes, then "Add marketplace"marketplace" and follow step 43 (from the above).previous section.
