Managing Pick-Up Orders in ChannelDock
If you offer your customers the option to pick up orders from your shop or warehouse, follow these steps to manage those orders efficiently in ChannelDock:
Checkservice name Createdimported from the sales channel, (eg. pick_up).Create a custom shipping
method,methodCreate a shipping rule
Create a shipping rule based on the shipping service name and select the shipping method you've created. More info on how to create shipping rules here.
Filter out the the pick up orders
On the open orders page, there will be a box for this shipping method where you can find all the pick up orders.
For those orders, select Manual shipment then from the carrier drop down select "Pick up" and "confirm the shipment"

We will send an email to the customer with the pick up details and update this order to "shipment" which will close it in your webshop.
