Managing Pick-Up Orders in ChannelDock
If you offer your customers the option to pick up orders from your shop or warehouse, follow these steps to manage those orders efficiently in ChannelDock:
- Check your order log for the shipping service.
- Created a custom shipping method, eg. Pick up
- Create a shipping rule based on the shipping service name and select the shipping method you've created.
- On the open orders page, there will be a box for this shipping method where you can find all the pick up orders.
- For those orders, select Manual shipment then from the carrier drop down select "Pick up" and "confirm the shipment"
- We will send an email to the customer with the pick up details and update this order to "shipment" which will close it in your webshop.
