Manage inbound/outbound deliveries

ChannelDock allows you to manage your inbound and outbound deliveries. This article explains how to create, manage and add/subtract these deliveries to your inventory.

Manage suppliers

Before you start creating deliveries ityou is important that youmust add one or more suppliers in ChannelDock. You can not create deliveries with outwithout adding at least one ore more suppliers.supplier. 

Add suppliers by going to Inventory 'Inventory-> Deliveries '

New delivery

To create a new delivery, navigate to Inventory->Deliveries->New delivery and select a destination for your delivery: 

Manage1. incomingMarketplace shipmentsfulfillment centers (LVB/FBA)

IncomingYou shipmentsdon’t canneed to manually create these deliveries; we will automatically fetch them from the marketplaces. However, you must select the source of the stock and confirm the delivery to ensure the stock is deducted from the correct location.

• Delivery from a supplier – Your own stock (ChannelDock stock) will not be purchaseaffected.

• Delivery orfrom otheryour shipmentsfulfillment center – The delivery will be sent to replenishthe fulfillment center, and the stock will be deducted from their inventory.
• Delivery from your inventory.own warehouse (ChannelDock stock) – Stock will be deducted from your warehouse. If products are assigned to a specific stock location, ensure you select the location from which to deduct the stock.

1.2. Purchase orders

You can purchase orders by goingchoose to Inventoryreplenish >the Deliveriesfulfillment

centre

from your own warehouse or directly from the supplier.

Fill in the required details for the purchase order, such as item descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery dates then save the purchase order information.

2. Replenish your fulfillment centre

You can replenish your fulfillment centre by going to Inventory > Deliveries 

You can choose to replenish the fulfillment centre from your own warehouse or directly from the supplier.

Note: if you choose to replenish your fulfillment centrecenter from your own warehouse the stock level will lower on ChannelDock. It will not change if you choose to replenish from the supplier.
