Exporting  & importing your product data

ToStart exportby your data, navigatenavigating to Inventory > All products and click on 'Import/Export' button.

Here,Within this 'Import/Export' section, you can import/seamlessly import and export your products basedcategorized oninto 3 categories.distinct groups.

Please note that you can only import spreadsheet files. 

1. All products:

  • Click on 'Export ProductsProducts' to download your product data or opt to download it at a later time. Importing product data

To import your data,products, navigate to Inventory'Upload >product Alldata...'. productsSelect andwhich clickfields onyou 'Import/Export'wish button.to import. You can onlyinclude importas spreadsheetmany files.columns

 

To import new product data update your stock levels using an export from your sales channel, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 'All products' page via 'Inventory'.

  2. Click on the light blue 'Import / Export products' button at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the upload button (surrounded by a dotted line).

  4. In the screen that opens, choose the fileas you wantlike tobut upload. Please note that this can only be an .xls or .csv file.

  5. Then the upload screen opens. Here you indicate which columns you want to import. Often, the file you want to import has a row with column titles. Does the file you want to upload not have this? Then turn off 'Skip first row of import'.

  6. Now select the columns you want to include in the import. It isI's mandatory to include the 'EAN' column in the import. Furthermore, you need to uploadand at least one other column. A.gif

    • Navigate to and click 'Export Bundle Products.' The file will be automatically downloaded. The exported files IT IS NOT stored in ChannelDock. b.gif

    • To Import products, navigate to 'Upload bundle product data...'. Select which fields you havewish importedto import. I's mandatory to include the 'EAN' column and at least 2one columnsother (onecolumn. c-3.gif

    3. Channel products:

    • For importing or exporting 'Channel Products,' follow the steps outlined in number 2, as the process remains the same.

    ChannelDock empowers you to efficiently manage your inventory data.
