Fetch products/orders from the sales channels

Automatic fetchesFetching:
new
    products
  1. Products from- your sales channelsfetched during the night
    2. and
  2. Orders new- ordersfetched every 15 minutes.minutes 


To fetch new products/orders from the sales channels:

  1. Navigate to Connections -> Sales Channels pageScreen Recording 2024-01-04 at 11.32.03.gif
  2. Here, under options, click on the orange button: Screenshot 2024-01-08 at 17.22.56.png
  3. Choose to fetch products from the sales channels: Fast.gifIt can take up to 20 minutes for all the products to be fetched. 
  4. Or choose to fetch new orders from sales channels: Fetch orders.gif
