Deleting products in ChannelDock

There may be times when you stop selling a product and would like to remove it from ChannelDock. Follow the instructions to find out how to do this properly.

  1. Make sure the product has been removed from your sales channels. Otherwise, the product will be reloaded after you remove it from ChannelDock.
  2. Go to the 'All products' page in ChannelDock.
  3. Click on the product you want to delete.
  4. Click 'Settings', the blue button at the bottom right of the pop-up.
  5. Click on 'Delete product'.
