Customer shipping address verification portal

It may happen that a customer does not enter their address correctly during checkout. ChannelDock automatically checks and flags suspicious addresses, holding those orders separately. You can then enable an automatic email to be sent to the customer, allowing them to correct the address themselves.

How it works:

  1. If an address is flagged as incorrect, an automatic email is triggered within one hour of the order being imported into ChannelDock.
  2. The email will include a link for the customer to update their shipping address.
  3. Once the customer makes the update, the new address will automatically sync with ChannelDock.

Enabling the Feature:

You can turn this functionality on by navigating to Settings->My account and toggling on the switch.

This feature minimizes manual intervention and helps improve delivery success rates by ensuring accurate shipping addresses are used.
