Connecting Lightspeed

Linking Lightspeed to ChannelDock is very simple and done within 2 minutes. Just follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Lightspeed shop and via the left menu, go to 'Settings' and then click on 'Developers'.
2. Now click on 'New API key'.
3. Enter 'ChannelDock' as the title.
4. Pull over the slider to activate your API key. Then assign all permissions to this API key and click 'Save'.
5. Now open ChannelDock in a new tab go to the page to link your sales channels.
6. Now click 'Add connection' and choose Lightspeed from the list of links.
7. In the pop-up screen, enter your shop name (you can make up your own) and paste the API key and API secret from Lightspeed.
8. Press 'Connect channel' and all your products and orders will be loaded within minutes.
