Connecting DHL - DE

To connect your DHL Germany (DHL-DEDE) API.API, Followingfollow stepsthese

steps:

    Step
  • 1: Log Inin to your DHL Business Customer Portal

  • Request your API username and API password -> You can request these through DHL's developer supportsupport.

2: Connect DHL in ChannelDock

  1. Log in to ChannelDockChannelDock.

    ->

  2. Navigate to: Settings -> → Shipping Carriers ->→ Add Carrier ->→ Select DHL DE (or edit thean existing DHL setup and selectchoose DHL Germany from the list.

    1. Fill in

      Enter your Username and Password with (the same credentials asused for the DHL websitewebsite), and thethen click onConnect connectCarrier.

        1. Go to shippingShipping rulesRules.

          ->
        2. click

          Click editEdit on your DHL methodmethod.

      1. Under Settings, ->replace "REPLACE_FOR_BILLING_NUMBER" with theyour actual DHL billing number.

      You can find theyour billing number when you accessin the Billing Data section of the DHL Portal

    • In the section Billing Data, you can find the billing number.

    • Copy and paste thisthe andbilling number, then save the changes.

        Step 4: Activate yourYour DHL Shipping Rule 

        You need to switch onEnable each DHL shipping rule that you want ,to souse. it
        This will enableactivate the ruleshipping for orders shippingsent from Germany to Germany
