Where to download my Invoice?

Downloading Invoices

1. Log in thisto pageyour ChannelDock account.

2. Go to Settings -> Account -> Subscription.
   

3. Click on the Download icon or link next to the invoice you can find out wherewish to finddownload

Managing Your Subscription

• Automatic Renewal: ChannelDock subscriptions renew automatically each billing period.

• Billing Charges: Charges are based on the functionalities you use, the number of imported items, shops, and channels.

• Cancellation: To cancel your invoicesubscription and avoid the next billing cycle, you must do so before the renewal date.

• No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the end of the billing period
