Using easyship with Amazon orders in Channeldock

At this time, Amazon Easyship labels are not directly supported in ChannelDock. However, if you receive orders that require an Easyship label, you can use a custom shipping method within ChannelDock to manage these orders efficiently.

Current Workaround: Use a Custom Shipping Method

To route orders requiring Amazon Easyship, follow these steps to create a custom shipping method and automate order assignment.

Step 1: Create a Custom Shipping Method

  1. Go to ChannelDock > Settings.

  2. Navigate to Shipping Methods.

  3. Click Add Shipping Method.

  4. Create a new method with a clear and descriptive name, such as Amazon Easyship.

Step 2: Create a Shipping Rule

  1. In the same settings section, open Shipping Rules.

  2. Create a rule that automatically assigns orders to the Amazon Easyship method based on specific criteria (e.g. destination country, shipping service name, etc.).

Handling Labels Manually

Once orders are routed to the custom shipping method:

  • Your team can manually process the shipping labels using Amazon Easyship in Amazon Seller Central.

  • ChannelDock will not generate or manage the Easyship label, but the order will remain visible for fulfillment and tracking.

Important: Avoid Duplicate Shipments

To prevent sending the same order twice:

  • After marking an order as Shipped in Amazon, make sure to update the shipment status in ChannelDock.

  • This keeps your order data synchronized and avoids accidental re-shipment.

Note

We understand that many users are requesting full support for Amazon Easyship. While this is not yet available, the custom shipping method described above is the most reliable workaround for now.
