  5. Then the upload screen opens. Here you indicate which columns you want to import. Often, the file you want to import has a row with column titles. Does the file you want to upload not have this? Then turn off 'Skip first row of import'.

  6. Now select the columns you want to include in the import. It is mandatory to include the 'EAN' column in the import. Furthermore, you need to upload at least one other column.

  7. After you have imported at least 2 columns (one of which is the EAN column) , the 'Start import' button appears at the bottom of the screen. It may take a while for the import to be processed; the screen closes automatically. You will then see how many products have been updated.
