To set up your account, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Open the link you've received from your fulfillment center, or manually copy and paste it into your browser.
2. Enter your personal details, agree to the terms and conditions, and click on 'Register'.
3. Proceed to input your company details and select 'Next'.

Before you dive into ChannelDock, here are some key points to get you started:
- Stock Synchronization: Activate this feature to synchronise YOUR CURRENT CHANNELDOCK STOCK levels (which is 0 when you first create your account) onto your sales channels. It's a crucial step during initial setup.
- Timing is Key: To prevent inaccuracies, like setting your stock to zero on your sales channels, enable stoc synchronization ONLY AFTER you've updated your stock in ChannelDock OR when the fulfillment center has updated the stock in their account. This guarantees accurate stock data across all channels.
