Connect Sendy

With just a few clicks, you can connectConnecting your Sendy account to ChannelDock.ChannelDock Thisis quick and easy. Follow this guide will show you how to doget itstarted quicklyin andjust easily.a few clicks.

Install Sendy 
  1. Navigate to Connections->Shipping Carriers and click on the Sendy logo.Sendy+.gif

  2. Click ‘Install Sendy.’ If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Sendy account. After granting ChannelDock permission to access your account, all shipping methods will be loaded automatically.Sendy+install (1).gif

Reload shipping methods

If you add new shipping methods to your Sendy account, you’ll need to reload them in ChannelDock. To do this, go to the shipping carriers page and click the Sendy icon, then select ‘Load shipping methods.Reload (1).gif

Activate shipping methods

If your shipping methods are not available for your orders, you need to make sure thatensure they are active on the carriers page. You can check ifand activate a shipping method is active by opening it. You can activate it byand clicking on the 'On'‘On’ button under Actions.

Delete Sendy

To deleteremove the Sendy connection from your ChannelDock account, go to the carriers page andpage, click on the Sendy iconlogo, Followedand byselect 'Delete.'Delete+Sendy.gif
