Connect Sendy

With just a few clicks, you can connect your Sendy account to ChannelDock. This guide will show you how to do it quickly and easily.

Install Sendy 
  1. Navigate to Connections->Shipping Carriers and click on the Sendy logo.Sendy+.gif
  2. Click ‘Install Sendy.’ If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Sendy account. After granting ChannelDock permission to access your account, all shipping methods will be loaded automatically.Sendy+install (1).gif

Reload shipping methods

If you add new shipping methods to your Sendy account, you’ll need to reload them in ChannelDock. To do this, go to the shipping carriers page and click the Sendy icon, then select ‘Load shipping methods.Reload (1).gif

Activate shipping methods

If your shipping methods are not available for your orders, you need to make sure that they are active on the carriers page. You can check if a shipping method is active by opening it. You can activate it by clicking on the 'On' button under Actions.activate+.gif

Delete Sendy

To delete the Sendy connection from your ChannelDock account, go to the carriers page and click on the Sendy icon Followed by 'Delete.'Delete+Sendy.gif
