Connecting MyParcel to ChannelDock

Before you connect My parcelMyParcel to ChannelDock
  1. Login to MyParcel and click the account icon in the top right corner and go to the shop you want to link via 'Shop settings'.
  2. Scroll down to the API section. If you have not yet created an API key, you can do so here.
To connect MyParcel to ChannelDock
  1. CopyIn ChannelDock, navigate to Conections > Shipping Carriers  and click on MyParcel icon. Screenshot 2023-11-24 at 14.10.42.png
  2. In the pop-up window, add a name (optional), paste the API key and paste it into ChannelDock on theclick 'Connect Carrier'.Carriers' page. Screenshot 2023-11-24 at 14.20.22.png
  3. Click on 'Connect carrier'. MyParcel is now connected to ChannelDock. Now try to process an order in ChannelDock with a MyParcel shipping option.
