Connecting DHL to ChannelDock

Before connecting DHL to ChannelDock:
  1. Log in to your DHL account
  2. Go to settings > API keys > New API key. If the 'API keys' tab is not visible, you should contact your DHL account manager so that he/she can activate it for your account.
  3. Enter 'ChannelDock' as the description and press 'Generate API key.

To connect DHL to ChannelDock:

  1. Navigate your ChannelDock account settings and verify that the account address and country match the DHL country listed. If they differ, update them before pairing.
  2. Now that the country settings in ChannelDock and DHL match, go to the 'Connections > Shipping Carriers' and click on the desired DHL icon. Screenshot 2023-11-24 at 13.26.22.png
  3. In the pop-up window, enter the required fields and click on 'Connect carrier'. Screenshot 2023-11-24 at 13.50.51.png
  4. DHL is now linked and the shipping methods have been added to your account. In the table at the bottom of the page you can enter the prices of your contract so that ChannelDock can calculate the right price. Good luck with your shipping.
