Connecting CDiscount

Connecting your CDiscount account with ChannelDock is a straightforward process that can be completed in just a few minutes. Follow these steps:

API Credentials Management or go to the seller portal

1. Connexion Type
  • Under Connection Type, click I'm using a feed agregator and select My agregator only requests my SellerId.Screenshot 2025-02-12 at 14.59.29.png
  • Proceed to select ChannelDock from list, agree to the Terms and Conditions and and then click on Grant Access to ChannelDock. Screenshot 2025-02-12 at 15.02.32.png
2. Client ID

Under Client ID, click on Proceed with seller authentication.Screenshot 2025-02-12 at 15.07.00.png

3. Client Secret

4. Seller Authentication

Click on Yes,continue.

5. Confirmation

You will receive your confirmation.  API.jpg

Connecting CDiscount to Channeldock

Navigate to the Sales Channels page and click on Add sales channel located in the top left corner.

In the search bar, type CDiscount and then select Add sales channel as shown in the image below:Screenshot 2025-02-12 at 14.32.24.png

Proceed to your click on the API Credentials Management in the seller portal to retrieve your API.Screenshot 2025-02-12 at 14.31.23.png

Upon receiving confirmation from the CDiscount team, select 'Yes', input your Seller ID, then click 'Connect channel'.Screenshot 2023-11-24 at 17.41.51.png

  1. Success! Your CDiscount shop is now integrated with ChannelDock.
