Before setting up the connection, please make sure the following is correct in Temu:
Your product barcode for each product or variant must match the SKU or EAN used on your other sales channels. ChannelDock uses this value to link products across different channels.
Each product or variant must also have a SKU filled in. This SKU may be the same as the barcode, or it may be different.
Please note: each barcode or EAN must be unique per product or variant. If duplicate barcodes are used, products may not load correctly into ChannelDock. This can also prevent orders from being imported correctly and may cause inaccurate stock levels.
Follow the steps below to connect your Temu shop to Channeldock.
1. Go to Connections β Sales channels in ChannelDock.
2. Click + Add sales channel and select Temu from the list.
3. Select the correct region.
4. You will be redirected to the Temu login page. Enter your login details and click Continue.
5. Authorize all required permissions and select the duration of the authorization.
6. Authorize ChannelDock and click Submit.
Connection completed
Your Temu shop is now connected to ChannelDock.
