Using product tags

ChannelDock supports product tags to help you manage your products.

1. To create a product tag, go to 'Inventory > All products' and click on 'New tag'.tag.'

2. Type in your tag name and click 'Insert tag'. tag.'

3. After you've createdcreating your first tag, you can add it to a product by opening athe productproduct, selecting the tag from the list, and clicking on 'Add tag'.tag.'

Success!

Now use the tag by clicking on it to only show products with that specific tag.

Add tags in bulk via Excel:

When adding tags in bulk through Excel import, follow these steps:

1. Create the tags in ChannelDock.
2. Create a tag column in Excel and upload the file to ChannelDock (make sure the tags match in ChannelDock and Excel).

If you want to assign multiple tags to a product, ensureseparate youthem haveby a separatecomma.

Remove fortags eachfrom a products

To remove a tag infrom youra Excelproduct, document. Then, reuploadopen the document,product, importinghover over the othertag, tagclick columns'x,' thisand time.select 'Remove tag.'

Delete tags

To delete a tag, hover over it on the all products page, click 'x,' and select 'Delete tag.'
