Connecting JTL to ChannelDock

This guide will explain step by step on how to connect JTL to ChannelDock.

Before connecting JTL to ChannelDock:

You need to create a JTL Merchant account and a JTL Fulfiller account.

To connect JTL to ChannelDock:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click on JTL Fulfillment.

2. To create your merchant API token you need to log in to your JTL Merchant account then paste the link we've sent you.

3. It's important that you leave the first field empty! Add a description in the second field (Ex. ChannelDock), click 'Create' then 'Copy token to clipboard'

4. Navigate to your ChannelDock page and paste the token in the first field. 

5. To create your fulfiller API token you need to log in to your JTL Fulfiller account then paste the link we've sent you.

Attention: make sure you logged into your fulfiller account. 

6. It's important that you leave the first field empty! Add a description in the second field (Ex. ChannelDock), click 'Create' then 'Copy token to clipboard'.

7. Navigate to your ChannelDock page and paste the token in the second field and click 'Connect integration'.
